Points raised:
- A major problem was a lack of physical meetings for the group yet.
- Finding more members is a major issue that needs to be resolved.
- Cooperation with related groups such as LUGs was discussed.
- Discussion of initiatives occurred, but nothing specific was agreed upon.
Consensus:
- A trial of a phpbb3 forum for the south east region was agreed upon, with a view to moving towards a DFEY-wide forum if it is successful and there is an agreement from other groups. Rules were discussed, but nothing was agreed upon aside from the prohibition of content of a sexual nature and the "don't be a dick" mantra.
While not entirely specific to the south east group, the issue of the main DFEY website was raised and it was agreed that the new website by RL should replace the existing one
